We love serving this sausage platter for dinner. Whether it is just the two of us or for a crowd, it is always a great meal. I usually buy extra sausages because the leftovers make fabulous sandwiches the next day.

I like serving the platter with a fresh green salad with a balsamic vinaigrette or a variety of grilled vegetables.

Yield 6 - 8 servings

6 - 8 sausages, use a variety: Chicken, Italian, Spicy Italian, Bratwurst, Chorizo, etc.
3 - 4 varieties of mustards: Brown, Dijon, Seeded Dijon, Yellow, etc.
1 - 2 baguettes, sliced
Beer or beverage of your choice

Grill the sausages on medium-high heat for 5 minutes, turn the links over and continue cooking on low heat until cooked through. Approximately 7 minutes more. Tent the sausages and let them rest for 10 minutes.

Slice some of the sausages and leave others whole and place them on the board. Put the mustards in individual bowls and place them on the board. Lastly, slice the bread, pour the beers, and serve!

You can also add peppers, olives, pickles, cheeses, nuts, and fruits.

Just Salt It, and enjoy!
