This is the perfect and simple way to enjoy coffee during the Fall season.
 
Yield 10 cups of coffee
 
6 Tbsps organic instant coffee 
3 tsp ground cinnamon
3 tsp ground allspice
1½ tsp ground nutmeg
¾ of a vanilla bean, seeds scraped out for use 
 
To make the coffee mix add all the ingredients together in a small container or bowl. Do not use the vanilla bean itself, use the seeds only. 
 
For the coffee, add 2 tsp of the coffee mixture to one cup of hot water. Stir and sip!

Store the extra Pumpkin Spice Coffee Mix in a sealable container. 
 
Just Salt It, and enjoy!
