A decadent dessert with no refined sugars, dairy-free, and gluten-free. 
 
Yield 2 servings
 
¾ cup coconut cream, chilled overnight in the refrigerator, only use the solid part
¼ cup unsweetened cocoa powder
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk or pistachio milk
¼ cup pure maple syrup
3½ Tbsp arrowroot starch (arrowroot flour) 
1 tsp vanilla 
Pinch of salt
Berries for garnish
 
Add all of the ingredients into a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy. You will need to stop the blender a few times, scrape the sides, and continue blending to ensure all ingredients are incorporated. 
 
Pour the pudding into a small bowl with a lid and chill in the refrigerator for 24 hours. 
 
To serve, spoon the pudding into two small bowls and garnish with fresh berries of your choice.
