These spiced nuts are fabulous and take just minutes to make. They are great as a snack, appetizer, or sprinkled on salads. 
 
Yield 2 cups
 
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp salt
1 tsp cumin
½ tsp coriander
⅛ tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp fresh rosemary, minced 
1 Tbsp honey
2 tsp olive oil
2 tsp water
2 cups walnut halves
 
Add sugar, salt, cumin, coriander, cayenne, and rosemary to a small bowl. Stir to combine.
 
Heat the honey, oil, and 2 tsp water in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the walnuts and toss to coat.
 
Sprinkle the sugar mixture over the nuts. Cook while stirring until the nuts are well coated and lightly browned. Approximately 3 minutes. Transfer the nuts to a baking sheet to cool.
