This is the perfect smoothie right after your workout. Simple to make and provides a lot of vitamins, minerals, and protein. 
 
1 cup spinach
¾ cups frozen blueberries
1 cup frozen peaches
1 Tbsp chia seeds
2 Tbsp protein powder
1 cup orange juice
½ cup oat milk
 
In a blender add the spinach, blueberries, and peaches into a blender. Sprinkle with chia seeds and protein powder. Add the oat milk and orange juice.
 
Cover and blend until completely smooth, add more orange juice or some water if it is too thick.
