This might just be the simplest recipe ever and they are so good!! They are gluten free, vegan and paleo, and they taste like a gooey decadent dessert. If you love banana and chocolate these are right up your alley.

Yield 9 bars
2½ cups almond flour
1½ cups mashed bananas
½ cup almond butter
¼ cup chocolate chips + 2 Tbsp for the top
Preheat the oven to 350℉. Line an 8 x 8-inch pan with parchment paper.
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour, banana, almond butter, and mix well. Fold in ¼ cup chocolate chips. Pour batter into the greased baking pan and spread it evenly. Top with extra chocolate chips and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden on the outside and firm in the center.
Remove from oven and allow to cool completely before slicing into bars.
If you have you happen to have any leftovers, store them in the refrigerator.
