Are you looking for a gluten-free, vegan, or vegetarian treat? Then this milkshake is precisely what you are looking for. 
 
Yield 1 milkshake
 
3 gluten-free gingersnap cookies
2 Tbsp honey
2 scoops of vanilla oat milk ice cream
1 cup almond milk
½ tsp ground cinnamon
¼ tsp ground ginger
⅛ tsp ground allspice
1 Tbsp golden syrup
1 cinnamon stick for garnish 
 
Ground the gingersnaps by placing them in a sealed plastic bag and grinding them into fine crumbs with a rolling pin. Pour the crumbs on a plate.
 
Pour the honey onto a plate. Dip the rim of the glass into the honey and then into the ground gingersnaps. Set in the freezer until ready to serve. 
 
Add the ice cream, milk, cinnamon, ginger, allspice, and golden syrup in a blender. Blend until smooth and pour into your glass. Garnish with a dusting of the ground gingersnaps, a cinnamon stick, and serve.
