This cocktail makes a lovely presentation and tastes fabulous, The perfect drink during the holidays!

 

Yield 1 cocktail

 

1 sprig rosemary, smoked

Ice

2 oz. gin

2 oz. pomegranate juice

Tonic water

Garnish with the smoked rosemary

 

Light 1 small sprig of rosemary with a lighter or matchstick. Place the rosemary while smoking on a solid surface and cover it with the cocktail glass. Let the cocktail glass fill with smoke. 

 

Once the glass is filled with smoke, turn it over and add ice, gin, juice, and top with tonic water. 

 

Garnish with the smoked rosemary.
