Remember as a kid frozen orange creamsicles? Basically, it was an orange popsicle with vanilla ice cream in the middle. This smoothie is a healthy take on the popsicle. Using fresh-squeezed orange juice, pure vanilla extract with a bit of creamy oat milk makes for a fresh and delicious post-workout drink or afternoon snack. 
 
Yield 2 servings
 
2 whole large organic oranges, unpeeled, washed well, and cut into sixths
1 tsp vanilla
¼ tsp ground cinnamon
1 cup ice
½ cup water 
⅓ cup oat milk
2 orange slices for garnish
 
Add all the ingredients, including intact peels, into a blender. Blend until smooth. Add additional oat milk or water if it is too thick. 
 
Pour the smoothie into two glasses, garnish with an orange slice, and serve immediately.
