If you love Negroni’s as much as I do then you will really enjoy this one a lot. There is a bar in Reno, Nevada that has fabulous drinks. It is called Death and Taxes. I love that name! It is here that I learned how to make it this way. 

Yield 1 drink

1 part Campari
1 part gin
½ part Carpano Dry Vermouth
½ part Cocchi Americano

Put 1 extra-large ice cube in a rocks glass. Pour all parts into the glass and carefully stir. Garnish with a dehydrated blood orange slice. 

If you do not have a dehydrated blood orange slice you can use a large slice of orange rind. When using a rind I recommend twisting the rind over the glass and rubbing it around the edge of the glass to release the oils into the drink. 

Just Salt It, and enjoy!
