Fresh juice is so flavorful and delicious. It is simple to make and feels like “health” in a glass. Whenever I drink fresh juice, my body and mind immediately feel better. My energy increases, and I feel ready to conquer the world. 
 
Apples: rich in fiber and antioxidants
Beets:  rich in fiber, nitrates, vitamins, and minerals
Carrots: rich in beta-carotene, potassium, vitamin A, and antioxidants 
Lemon: rich in vitamin C and fiber
Ginger: rich in vitamins B and C, riboflavin, niacin, iron, calcium, and phosphorus 
 
Yield 1 serving
 
1 Apple
½  of a medium-size beet, peeled
4 small carrots, peeled
½ lemon zested
1 whole lemon juiced
1 - inch piece of ginger, peeled
 
Place all the ingredients into a juicer. Juice the fruits and vegetables, pour the juice into a glass, and serve.
